Melvin Briggs - Senior Process Engineer
"I started my career in the Food, Dairy, and Beverage Industry more than 30 years ago, after graduating from Technical College in 1976 with an Associate Degree in Drafting. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work in various types of food and dairy plants including: bottling, cheese, evaporator and dryer, and ice cream. This vast experience has helped me to effectively focus on plant and equipment design, engineering, and successful implementation of on-site start-ups."
